Custom Cartons, is part of the Detmold Group who are a leading manufacturer of paper and board packaging products with 7 manufacturing locations and over 22 sales offices in 15 countries. Custom Cartons are based in Brompton and service the growing demand for small run cartons in Australia and offer an extensive range of packaging cartons to a wide range of industries.

A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts and Administration all-rounder to join our team in a part-time role (approx. 20 hrs per week). Hours and days to be negotiated.

Working as part of a small dynamic team within this fast pace manufacturing environment, your duties will be varied with a combination of accounts and administration including:

  • End to end accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable, including reconciliations and payments
  • Ad-hoc reporting and assisting other departments 
  • Various general admin duties

To be successful in this busy and energetic environment, you will ideally possess:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate Excel and Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong teamwork
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce a high standard of work
  • A "can do" approach
  • Self-driven, proactive and highly organised
